We designed our tool steel cold chisels from the ground up to provide maximum durability and strength, unequalled performance and a longer tool life. These chisels all feature a heat treated shank, hardened and tempered and build with a modified parabolic shape on the striking surface. All these features combine to reduce mushrooming or chipping, extending the tool's life. Additionally, the black oxide finish has the durability for demanding, heavy duty work, and the hex stock shape fits more securely into a holder or vise than a round stock would.
