The abrasive disc PS 73 BWK by Klingspor® is sure to produce perfect results on varnish, wood and paint as well as filler. This abrasive is marked by its high removal rate, reduced clogging and significantly extended service life. It is also available in very fine grit sizes. Its backing is composed of a B-weight paper, which is relatively light, yet sufficiently robust. The abrasive grain used is aluminum oxide, which is applied with a semi-open coating. This coating leaves behind enough space to allow for a swift discharge of the debris, keeping the abrasive disc from clogging. Aluminum oxide is hard and tough. Allowing for a high removal rate, this material ensures a sanding result of excellent quality. Just as all other grains Klingspor® uses for their abrasives, this grain is the product of a synthetic manufacturing process. This process ensures consistent quality.
